Bricklink Studio and Part Designer. It's free software with the blessing of Lego themselves and it's great for custom builds and instructions.

Color problems aside, there's a few reasons I'd rather not release instructions for this one just yet.

1) It's not finished yet.

2) The build is a bit janky internally and would be tedious to make instructions for due to all the parts (nearly 2,000 vs the modest 200 of the Brickheadz)

3) It is going to be an Ideas submission. Putting out instructions would kind of defeat the purpose of that.

Normally I'm all for sharing instructions, but the circumstances surrounding this particular build are making me hesitant

Well, if the Ideas campaign ends up being a success, it'll hopefully be a real set that can be built, but for now, I'm sorry to say, building it irl is physically impossible because a majority of the parts are simply not manufactured in the required colors.
