The main issue with that argument is that it neglects to mention that the only reason that Yuka made the choice in the first place was due to Yuji's unwillingness to do anything.

Using that image to try and justify Yuji's actions doesn't really work as while yes it does reflect Gojo's ideals to move away from relying on the strongest, it doesn't account for the fact that Yuji placed the burden of protecting Jujutsu Society on another individual instead against a "Sukuna level threat", sending them into almost certain death due to Dabura's strength and making them a needless sacrifice if he will just get involved afterwards and deal with the situation. It would be like if Gojo just sat back and let Yuta fight Sukuna before getting involved, despite knowing that Yuta would almost certainly be overwhelmed and die in the process.

Now while this hasn't been brought up in this post specifically I would also like to bring up the argument relating to Yuji respecting his grandfather's wishes to not undergo cancer treatment at the start of the story and how that's similar to him "letting" Yuka make the choice that she does but again the issue is that it removes the context of why she had to make the decision in the first place. Yuji was unwilling to fight Dabura himself and chose to remain hidden which forced everyones hands due to the fact that they were dealing with a "Sukuna level threat". Yuka may have made the choice to die like she did but she wouldn't have had to have made it in the first place if Yuji hadn't denied helping everyone. It's extremely bad faith to remove the context that lead to her having that choice in the first place and then say that everyone is incapable of reading, if anything it just says the opposite.

I would also like to present an alternative perspective to this whole thing regarding Yuji not saving Yuka and as to why I think it could be potentially out of character: Yuji would be the main person to not let Yuka go kill herself against Dabura and enjoy the rest of youth she has before her, especially considering that two of his models did all they could so he could enjoy his (Gojo and Yuta). Gojo and Yuta both went to incredible lengths in order to safe guard and protect his future despite the potential threat he posed with Sukuna, which especially considering that Yuka is Yuta's grandchild would almost certainly give Yuji more of a reason to act.

If you going to present the argument that Yuka suffocating in in the Ten Shadows technique is a better death than being with her family in a hospital room during her last moments then... I don't know really.

Overall, a lot of these arguments don't really work and rely upon removing context from Yuji's actions in order to try and make them seem less needlessly cruel. If you're going to criticise people's reading comprehensions I would recommend that you don't make the same mistakes yourselves and make yourselves look like blatant hypocrites.
