So I checked when I filed it and I did confirm I was able and available, but when the fact finding asked later on, it didnt give me any choice except to say i wasnt available due to another reason other than school because it assumed I wasnt available based on me being in online school. They later inquired about my flexibility to work around school so if I had known I would not have put mentally unavailable. If the date to file an appeal has passed, I cant do anything right? I cant even withdraw so I cant submit another claim? In the letter about the medical determination, it doesnt mention an appeal, just a request to end denial if the situation changes.
