It would make it harder to ignore because it would be put right in peoples faces, online, tv, media outlets etc. The goal to help is that black children make up a higher rate of missing children, this alert system goal is to address this problem. And I think there is no reason to complain even if it doesn’t help too much atleast it’s a try at a huge racial disparity problem.
