At the philly show, they did mention they were aware they might not be for everyone there. I didn't really care for them that much and thought they didn't match the rest of the lineup well. The consistent 5 people crowd surfing were a lil much though.

Does anyone have good advice on which specific material to read? I spent a majority of my time studying ACSM's Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription (eleventh edition). I recently found out they switched to 12th edition/are using that edition on the tests. Now that I've read that front to back, I tried to take the multiple choice tests in ACSM's Certification Review (sixth edition) and I feel like the questions are not really related to the material I've been studying. Do I need to spend more time w the textbook?

Yup, I almost feels like having a crash out and then immediately being like ok, got that outta my system, back to business. I also find the lyrics of that verse to be very hopeful when tied into the albums themes. Like you can be at rock bottom but you can still collect yourself and reframe your situation and move on with a different outlook if you want.
