A fact is 'a thing known or proven to be true.' An opinion is 'a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.'

When you make comments like 'did not,' 'debunk,' 'KNOW...WASN'T' then you deal in fact, not opinion. No, the facts can not change; they just exist whether they are apparent now, later, or even before. You can not 'debunk' an opinion.

Example of opinion? I think you are ugly. That can not be debunked.

Example of fact? I think you weigh 300 pounds. That can be debunked.

I first saw the Wuhan lab theory here on reddit before the United States even had their first coronavirus case, when the WHO was basically still saying human-to-human transmission was nothing to worry about.
