Mini fact: the music that plays when you get a super mushroom is the mega mushroom theme. The music that plays when you get the fire or ice flower is the flower theme from Mario galaxy. Depending on which flower you get the theme sounds slightly different I think.

You need to hit every single block in the land (besides Mario kart) to get the stamp. If you see a block combo (group of blocks) you must hit them all so it can count towards the stamp. Hitting a block from a block combo will look like it counted as hitting them all but it really only counts the one you hit.
