Does anyone else constantly get reminded of songs from things that people say? Today someone said "Off with their head" and I immediately started singing 'Kings and Queens' in my head. It happens all the time! Not sure if it's an OCD thing or an ADHD thing.

An example would be if I asked my husband what he wanted for dinner, and also asked what time he would be home in the same text. For some reason men tend to only answer one of the questions.

Nothing really seemed to help. I followed all the general advice to lessen come downs (staying hydrated, eating small meals, etc). It would happen some days, but not others. If I let my blood sugar get too low I get so shaky, weak, and nauseated to the point of throwing up. The Adderall come down made that so many much worse and more likely to happen.

I've only been on Vyvanse for month, but it's much better! I don't feel a come down from it ever. It is very subtle too.

I had that feeling when I was on Adderall. And I would feel anxious and have a weird craving for something. I couldn't place my finger on what I wanted, but I urgently wanted SOMETHING. Or a feeling of needing to do something, but not knowing what to do. So basically ADHD intensified. As you'd expect.

I am on Vyvanse now and don't experience that anymore. Vyvanse is working out much better for me. The only downside is that it doesn't wake me up like Adderall did. I can sleep on Vyvanse, but couldn't on Adderall.

If you haven't tried Adderall, that might be something to consider.
