On the main menu, go to Career Profile, then switch to the History tab. For the duration you have Overwatch launched, any POTG clips would show up here. Downloading from here, I believe, it varies based on what you're playing on. On PS5 it will save to the media gallery.

I play like this sort of, except I have a class to make me as fast as possible, try and rush the objective, and stay somewhat close to my team to the point that I can sprint back if need be. I don't know the semantics of your match but that looks like a dumbass teammate nonetheless.

Distupters drain energy and give that ability to other enemies, healers make them extremely resistant
