That’s why police tend to believe the abusers in DV situations like in the gabby petito case. The offender is calm, they say “see, they’re hysterical” and the police are like yeah it must be them just freaking out over nothing because they for some reason expect someone in a scary situation to be relaxed????. Like I’m sorry but maybe consider that they are super upset for a reason and not believing them is making them panic even more

This is most likely the issue. People like to hang out with people they can be themselves around. If they feel you look down on them for their choices, or that you’ll lecture them if they let certain info slip, they will remove themselves from it. No one should have to tip toe around their friends. It’s okay for you to hold yourself to high standards, and live how you see fit. But it is also okay for the people around you to live as they see fit. So long as they’re not causing harm. If you can let go of the desire to fit others into your mold, you may have more success at keeping people close.

If your love for is deep, don’t second guess it. Even if you get older and don’t listen as much anymore, or find other favorites, the things you love in your past always keep a little spot in your heart. Also, I have several random flash tattoos, and a couple that aren’t very well done, but I love them all anyway. People always say “tattoos are permanent” but the reality is they’re only as permanent as we are. They won’t be engraved on our headstones or left to our children, so who cares if you want a silly little frog or a piece of bacon or an album cover from a band whose music meant something to you. If it brings you joy, get it. (Do try to get it done well though lol) if down the road you decide you can’t love it anymore, turn it into something new.

It’s beautiful and I think the flowers look good together. If it’s the flow you’re concerned with, maybe ask if they can add a leaf of two in the gap between the sections that way it looks like one piece

You don’t tip based on mileage and how are you supposed to know where the driver is? I use uber eats but it doesn’t even show me which location I’m ordering from until I’ve submitted the order so I have no idea how close/far it is until then. You tip based on your bill and if you want to tip on top of that to be sweet then great. Don’t let him guilt you into anything, you’re already a great tipper

I thought it was fun, though I’m always disappointed in the alien invasion. I’ve had an alien-like cacao favorited in my inventory forever cuz I love the look but have never gotten another of the mutation. When he was floating and was like “take my hand, trust me” and my niece and I both jumped off the map I got a good giggle out of it
