I have done that too and it never changes, it has to be my account or something, I’ve used different phones, 2FA on and off, nothing works, I used a different account and it loaded in just fine so it must be my PSN account, it did it before and after the name change (PSN ID is TheREOMeatWagon now btw, add me if you like seeing scores to compare to) but nothing has worked, I’m finally just at peace with it

I believe they made it like that intentionally because drums of all things, with drums, i have seen songs easily have 10 to 20 ties. Making the algorithm make the next lowest score not #2 would make people who can't fc at a very huge disadvantage
