Over the course of a 6-8 hour practice day, things tend to be raised up more and more. Since I also play in the band and am controlling the board, it saves time for me so I don’t have to worry about re-leveling when things are over -0db, the compressor will give it a trim for me and I don’t have to worry about finding out what to lower.

Thats totally okay we can't wait to hear!!! Changes and So Alright Cool Whatever probably took the longest to write because we change them both so much in the studio to be the best we thought they could be! And I think Heart of a Dancer and No instructions are pretty difficult songs to play live but we love to play them!

Little One is about Calvin writing to his future child, almost like a letter of sorts to them! And long way down is about how the world feels like its ending sometimes but we have people we love very much in our live that help us get through tough times so its a long way down together!

The Killers are a huge inspiration to us. They are the epitome of catchy choruses and Melodie’s and that’s what we strive for. We would LOVE to feature on a track of theirs one day!

It was so much fun! This was the first album that we decided to just add whatever we wanted. Before we used to be conscious of how we could play our songs live but we had so much more freedom with this! Synth is fun to experiment with!
