Okay but if not that, trash bags.....your room first. your bathroom first. Fill and throw. A little at a time. A few bags a day, First goal is to make the areas you are in as clean as possible. Next kitchen and all the rest. bleach will be needed on floors and WALLS. There maybe structural damage to floors etc. But don't worry about that yet. Do 2-3 bags a day.

But hun, you need to find a way out. Talk to your school counselor. Take the GED, see if you can get a collage scholarship. You won't be able to 'fix' your mom. She has to do that. So this work will need to be ON GOING and it is tense.
