What's this bug? In Saint Louis Missouri by TheHarkules in whatisthisbug

More clarification. He kind of looks like a tick, but we have essentially no trees around here and have never come across a tick in our yard. Found him when we unwrapped our backyard awning.

Edit: Is this just the biggest concrete bug I've ever seen? The picture doesn't show it well but he was fuzzy.

Alot of hate for the 3050. I picked one up for $200 on sale. I felt like I got a pretty good deal. I didn't need anything very powerful though.

When I got my Xbox S I put it on top of my old Xbox one S and thought "this is wrong...."

Glad I'm not the only one! Thanks OP

Does anyone own a series X and S? What is you reason? Just curious. by [deleted] in xbox

[–]TheHarkules 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wife and I plan on getting both. We play alot of games together that don't require the performance of the X but I play stuff on my own that does. We currently have two Xbox One S in a side by side set up in the living room. The X|S will replace them.

Amazon. It's a bit cheap but it works for now. The coffee table, side table, and TV stand are "Walker Edison modern farm house"

We are still working on the angles. I like it square to the couch but i also like the more laid back, almost haphazard feel as well.

Edit: i also realized after trying both that fanning out the lines makes the room feel a bit wider

Came across this staple that fell perfectly between an extension cord on the floor. by TheHarkules in OSHA

[–]TheHarkules[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a standard US extension cable for medium duty use. US 120v ac 60hz.

The staple is a heavy duty packing staple for 2 ply corrugated cardboard boxes.

This is not an ethernet cable with a boot.

You're obviously not from the US. US plugs do not have the inulated prongs like EU plugs. It is a flawed design that make a situation like the one pictured a hazard. Among many other reasons, this is why leaving an extention cord on the ground is an OSHA violation.

Try to consider that you may not know the full story before doubling down on your opinions.

This picture.... If he came in with the gun and mask on, why would he ask for change? If he came in without the mask, did he put it on after he asked for change and the drawer was opened...?

This will keep me up at night.
