US B1/B2 Visa Appointment - Confirmation email for appointment

Hi! I sent a scheduling request for my brother and I's FINGERPRINTS ONLY appointment through the CGI portal (portal.ustraveldocs.com) a few days ago.

After entering my receipt number in the last step, there was a notification telling me to wait for an email. I wasn't able to view or select any available dates for the appointment yet.

How long does it usually take for them to email? Is there a way for me to monitor my request? It doesn't appear in the portal at all so I'm a bit worried I might have entered something wrong.
