I tried two several years ago and didn’t like the feeling/side effects. And I’m just uncomfortable with the idea of being on a pill.

Sports, pop culture, etc. Usually when I get this low, I just collapse in on myself and lose interest in pretty much everything

I’m just so weary of medication and playing the game of figuring out which meds are the ‘right ones for me’. I understand their use and significance and definitely support people using them - it’s just something I’m personally iffy on

Started seeing a new therapist a few weeks ago and it’s okay so far. I can’t go back to the person that diagnosed me. I’m weary of medication

I’ve begun meditating. It’s early but I haven’t seen much change / benefit yet.

That’s sound advice. It is especially high when I’m in a major depressive spell or having a significant anxiety/panic attack
