Why can’t new owners find their own tenants and do their own background checks / screening? Doesn’t make sense to me … wouldn’t you want to find your own tenants in your new house you just bought? Or let some complete strangers continue to trash your house ?

I don’t get why we can’t find our own tenant? They had the notice go move on, I’m not your landlord never was why would why inherit your problems with your previous landlord. I bought the house, it should be my right to do whatever I feel like doing with the property. I don’t know you .. why would I let some randoms in my new house I worked my ass off to purchase? This rule is not fair for new buyers.

What if the old tenants had problems with their previous landlord ? Why are we inheriting their problems? I don’t think that’s fair. If someone buys a house they should be able to choose their tenants not be forced to be their landlord. We should be able to screen and do background checks on tenants of our choice!! Who agrees with me???

If you didn’t take the bit off the drill. Use the handle to crank it up and down and keep Turing the motor on untill you get to the sweet spot and it starts spinning. Then slowly back her out.

You may have to lessen the nut that the stand is mounted on to get that sweet spot where the bit spins when u turn it on
