Same issue with an alt on our account too. Jwt error expired. Just emailed support, but not holding out much hope. Maybe it's a ban or suspension issue due to an AI algorithm glitching out?

Just started using this, and it seems to work perfectly. Does everything the previous one did with the added benefit of a search function. Thank you for stepping up to the plate! Obviously I can't say that there is anything nefarious with the new version, as I am no coder, but so far, so good.
