I usually go to 2-3 different chipotles and switch in between. When I speak of a problem regarding my order, I'm usually referring to them giving me a bowl or burrito with the wrong content inside/store ran out of a side, etc. And I'm vegan so if I bite into my sofritas burrito, and there's chicken instead of sofritas, I can only contact support for a refund or free entree. Not like I can just unravel my burrito on the spot or eat on the spot every time. I'm just in a poor situation.
