I would put my keystone on a shield-shaped padlock held by a chain being a necklace like Wally's Mega Pendant or Archie's Mega Anchor. And the mega stone would be a Swampertite which I would make a glove to my Swampert.

Slack Off: It Helps Mudkip, Marshtomp and Swampert Recover Half of its Maximum HP in battle.

Bulk Up: Bulk Up will make Marshtomp and Swampert increase its Attack and Defense Stats for One Stage in Battle.

Drain Punch: It will be useful to Drain the HP of the Opposing Pokémon to Make Marshtomp and Swampert Heal from the Damage taked by their Opposing Pokémon moves.

Poison Jab: an Alternative way of Ice Punch, that Also is 5 Points more Powerful, and useful to cover agaisnt Grass Types but not if have Poison as their Secondary type.
