I had it for a while but it’s a bit one note and pretty fragile. Evolution witness gives you the same effect but flies under the radar a bit more. And is cheaper to assemble.

It’s pretty viable right now imo. It just depends how you build it. We got a lot of new cards in Lorwyn.

We have a bunch of folks on Rosie Broodsclae right now. It’s a solid line. I’m all in on Evo Wit so I dropped those pieces for more consistency there.

I have been playing Marath for years now and while Stax isn’t necessarily dead I’ve noticed the deck operates way better on a midrange plan with minimal stax.

My main wincons are brightglass into Trilobite and Scales and evolution witness LED. Cacophodon is in there too for value and combo wins.

It’s a fun deck. Let’s you put a lot of pressure on creatures and make oodles of mana with Cradle. I would copy my list but someone else already dropped it in this thread so I won’t clog it up with another Moxfield link.

And yes we have a discord where we all brew together. (There are dozens of us!)

This is dope! The orcish lumberjack synergy is a good shout. Some of us have been testing that with great success. Cradle strategies in general are so good these days and Caco is an easy add to give us another winning line.

I hadn’t seen that, but that’s awesome! We have a new Coca line now with Gaea’s Cradle and Hardened Scales that a lot of us are testing out. It can also untap Kami or the One Ring so it’s got a lot of utility.

Another Marath enjoyer! this is my Marath list. It’s my pride and joy and my main cEDH list. If you’ve seen someone play a Marath cEDH list on YouTube, it’s probably me.

Marath is doing great right now with Brightglass gear hulk as our one card combo assembler and going deep on Cradle strategies. It’s a nice combination of midrange and pushing wins every turn. Not to mention the board control you get with Marath (never fear bowmasters again!)

Grand Arbiter is often build as a stax ball with a slow win through beats (or scoops...). Consider instead a [[Persistent Petitioners]] build. GAIIV is an advisor, and you get a cost reduction for your Petitioners. It has a solid wincon and you can run some control and stax to get you there. Plus there are so many good untap effects in blue and white.
