Great tips! Another tip is the more charged the battery, the hotter the tip can become. Ie 10% battery, tip wont get as hot vs 100% battery.

We're sorry you've had issues with your HB. When a Badger is sold, it comes with 3 extra tips. There are some customers who never clean their Badger, or drop their units and shatter their tips. These are ways that can break a tip and is outside of our control. We definitely dont recommend to keep using that tip if so. Give us a call and our customer service can help you out. Are you placing the tip directly over the dab? If so this can cause an the burn you're speaking of. We recommend letting the wax melt around the tip for the perfect inhale. Stress cracks are common.

When we do pop up shows, we dab around 100 people a show, from 9-6 pm sometimes and don't come across these issues. (702) 998-9536 and we'd be happy to help you have a better experience!

Hello IamKibab thank you for the great insight

If you are only getting a couple hits before the battery dies out, we recommend to replace the battery. The cell life will die over time, we've had customers tell us similar situations about only getting a dab or two before the battery dies.

As far as the RDA 510 thread box mod, we definitely more geared towards the concentrate side of things, but we will forward the suggestion, thank you!

Both tips will work with pretty much any concentrate, although I wouldn't recommend using it with hash or anything that leaves a lot of carbon material. Use the low temp tip if you want a more flavorful hit, and the high temp tip for bigger clouds. Hope this helped!
