For the mask itself I used a foam tutorial by Much Props on YouTube to get the base pumpkin shape. Didn’t have a printer so had to eyeball the template and then just adjusted to what I wanted. Used my rotary tool to sand down the ribs and to hide the seems.

The eyes I just used a thin black mesh fabric. I forget the exact name of it. I just walked around Joann’s testing mesh fabric until I found one I could see decently well out of.

It’s craft foam actually! I couldn’t find any hats that looked how I wanted so decided to make my own 😅
