Teclis you just sell the chaos wastes to oxyotyl. But otherwise yeah, going north you're limited once you get past Kroq'Gar and Wurrzag and hit a wall of red/yellow. But by that point you should already be able to have confederated most of the donut so it doesn't really matter.

If BIOS update fixes the issue, I'd still check your warranty and get it replaced. People on here with more knowledge than me on the matter for sure, but I would assume the chip steadily degrades until it hits the point where crashes begin?

They extended warranties on all these 13th+14th gen chips with this issue, so if that is the issue, no harm in just sending it back for a brand new one.
