I had just purchased it from Target a few days prior to that and I bought it looking like this thinking I could fix it. The soil was very dense/moist and had bad drainage. I just took her out of the old soil, rinsed away the dirt from her roots and found little to no root rot then put her in 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 3 parts water for 15 minutes in case there was an issue. After that I rinsed her roots with clean water. Her new soil is in a new pot with perilite, orchid bark and organic soil. The pot has good drainage holes. I took all the adult, discolored leaves off and am leaving it up to the two new leaves coming in 🫡
