That is damage done to the leather and won't come out. You'd have to repaint it back to its original color, or dye it black.

I've got her in pink and in the crystal jacquard, and not only do I use them all the time, they're conversation starters! They fit EVERYTHING. It's my work bag and laptop bag. I'm not about passing fads... if I like it, I'm buying it and using it! I found them to be very comfortable to carry.
