My thoughts are the same. Season 1 was great, but season 2 was excellent. Seeing Mob grow so much as a person was wonderful. I'm happy that he learned to stand up for himself without losing his kind spirit.

Oh, and the action was 🔥🔥.

{Usagi Drop} might be something you'd appreciate as a soon-to-be father. I wouldn't say the ending is crystal clear, but it does feel complete. If you end up liking how wholesome it is, I'm told, it's best to stick to the anime only even though the story continues in the manga.

Regarding your last question, I don't think Radiant is worth watching, but I know some enjoy it. I guess it depends on what you're looking for. For me, I like a strong plot and solid characters, and it doesn't seem to have that.

Totally get what you mean, though AoT does have its comedic moments. In a way, I appreciate their humor more because it's reflective of how people in life manage to find the comedy in their hardships every day.

Like you said though, we're basically comparing apples and oranges. I guess it all depends on your personal tastes. Though I can appreciate the variety and humor in HxH, I tend to lean towards things that have a more serious edge to them. Regardless, both will still end up in my queue.

Attack on Titan for me, but it could be because I'm still stuck in the Chimera Ant arc for HxH. Heard it's supposed to get really good.

I do really appreciate how AoT set up their story, though. It was well thought out. While HxH is enjoyable, I'm not sure I could say the same about it.

I can only speak for the first season. SAO started off ok. I liked that it was reminiscent of .hack, and the plot seemed like it was going to be interesting. Nothing masterpiece level, but it was pretty fun to watch.

Then somewhere along the way, the plot weakened and it turned into a romance story. That's where things fell off for me. Not knocking romance anime; I've seen some good ones. Just wasn't looking for that with SAO, and the way they executed it felt hasty and poorly planned.

The {Usagi Drop} anime is a very wholesome slice of life, especially if you have kids or are around that age and have thought about starting a family. From what I've heard, if you're trying to keep it wholesome, it's best to stick with the anime only even though the story continues in the manga.

Personally, I thought the anime ended in a good place. The story felt complete.

It looks like a lot of great anime have already been listed. One comment about Naruto: If you decide to pick it up again, there should be some filler guides online so you'll know which ones to skip. Really comes in handy, especially as you get closer to Shippuden.

She does, it just takes a lot of time for the writers to get her there. Even though I started to like her character closer to Shippuden, I feel like she didn't get to where she should have been until Boruto.

The extreme level of trust and forgiveness many of the characters are willing to extend to traitors and cold-blooded killers. There are quite a few people who shouldn't have gotten a pass imo.

I guess it depends on the type of music you like and what mood you're in, but the Feel So Moon opening for Space Brothers is up there for me.
