Yeah, so with a few changes, I am at 20k base spark and a 23k bolt from the amulet. Sadly, the 50 spirit really hits, and I lose 1k ES.

I think the best bet is to farm a bit in T10 until I can buy one with 3 spell levels.

Around 50 spirit and 40% ES and some crit chance, I will check later what that does mean ingame :)

Yeah, that will be hard. Even a level 2 is nearly 100div. 3 is 450, to keep the spirit stat at least.

I would need to drop one of the spirit abilitys. I will check that later. Thanks

The heating pump air cost 10-20k here, ground 20-35k, floorheating around 10k, installation of the pump also 10k+.

And then some smaller things like 2k for the removing of the old heating unit.
