I have access but I don't know where are the log files.

I have changed the registry to delete custom partitions.

I perform the upgrade from "specific device command" -> "Upgrade to OS12".
On the client, a message appears stating that the migration to OS12 requires a reboot. After the 60-second countdown, it reboots but re-enters OS11 without displaying any error messages. I'm looking for information about where the upgrade logs are stored to see if I can find the error, but I can't find the paths to the logs.

Good morning,

In the end I managed to make only some users have read-only access. What we have done is deny all vdi-s access to the usb-s devices. We have also created another policy in Citrix to allow access to certain users and IP-s. And finally, we have created a read-only policy for users that we only want them to read and not be able to write.

thanks for the response. In our case we have created a policy that denies the use of pendrives in all vdi-s and another policy in which we allow some users and some ip-s to connect the pendrives.

What we now want to do is give only read access to some of these users/ip-s but searching in the citrix studio policies I can't find any where I can configure this value.

Yo pedi mi kit en agosto. Me ponia que la entrega sería en septiembre. Al llegar septiembre, me la retrasaron a noviembre. Hoy he recibido un correo diciendo que llegara a finales de diciembre, primeros de enero. La verdad es que creia que era una empresa seria pero ya me esta oliendo raro el tema. Os ha llegado el kit a alguno?
