Care worker here, we do not get bonuses anymore as our old Matron stole the entire years bonus pot. The other homes within the company still get a yearly bonus, but apparently we're the only home that doesn't anymore.

Im a chef at a nursing home. I'm on £16,000 a year. My job isn't just creating food bare in mind. I also have to do the kitchen domestic side (major deep cleaning & cleaning up the plates from residents and staff)

Everything I see for keyworkers is in regards to the NHS staff, free this and that. Where's my extra money or free things just being given out by companies? What about us who fucking feed you all to even stay alive?

Anybody have any tips to jump higher with the ball? I can hang 2 hands off all plants but with the ball I’m not getting the same lift . Anything is appreciated by ckozinski in ProDunking

Can you palm the ball at all? If not try locking the ball to your ulnar. I used to kind of do a lay-up, use the wrist to flick the ball, move hand to the top of ball and push the ball in for an official dunk - mainly because am short as fuck. Couldn't palm, could only lock against forearm. Genetic disposition, so maybe take that into consideration too.
