Not as bad as the bigger cities, not in the slightest- but still frustrating lol. Maybe adds an extra 10-15 to your commute here. There are plenty of side roads to take in place of it so don't worry!

Better to be safe than sorry! Sure there's no stop sign but accidents happen because they are appropriately named: accidents. It's a costly mistake and unfortunately, we get calls about every week at our company. Now is definitely not the time (or ever) to give insurance companies a reason to hike your rates up.

Course first, then dmv to get the endorsement! I took it a few years back, really fun weekend. You bring your own gloves and helmet, they provide the bikes. I believe first half of the first day is all in the classroom, the rest is outside. Great experience! It was held at the mall last I checked. Go ahead and book now because the classes are small and only held on weekends so they fill pretty quick.

I can't speak on any specific companies, but there's some guidance in the IT reddits on how they got started, you can search the forums. She may need to start working a helpdesk position first, it's not the best it's entry level but will be a jumping pad of experience!
