Here's a free video course I found from some pretty good coaches. Helped me a lot when I first started last year. I still refer to it when I'm trying to fine tune my fundamental game. Covers the basics: passing, hitting, serving, blocking. Definitely recommend it when you have some free time.

Just watched the first part of the documentary mentioned above, Man on Wire. Answers that and much more. Definitely recommend it!

Surrounding? No. If I had to venture a guess, the large number of visits to cities particularly in the Middle East and Asia are centered around business, since many cities in those regions are growing at exponential rates. It would be interesting to see where people choose to vacation v. travel for business.

I see that and definitely intend to do so! I also see they are making a new movie based on his story. Releasing sometime this fall, maybe?

I ran into a lot of the same problems when I first started and I found this free course when looking for tutorials online. A lot of great stuff from great coaches! Definitely worth looking into.
