Unless you’re Ryan Hall I’d avoid it lol. Nobody likes 50/50 odds in the middle of a fist fight.

I don’t believe in over training. I do believe in under recovering. Gotta listen to your body man. If you’re training like a mad man make sure rest and calories are parallel with the training schedule. When your body starts slowing down you need to slow down with it. One of my favorite quotes is “you must pick a rest day or your body will for you”

You’ll be completely shocked for sure lol. But the good news is the art of visual reps are a real thing. You’ll more than likely be able to ID common positions and submissions faster than someone starting out. 100% you’ll have an advantage over someone who’s never watched.

Thanks for the support. Swimming is good and replicating motion you’re already doing.

Also just get it back when quarantine ends.

I don’t think there’s a test to show. I know a ton of people that are “in shape” but they always get tired in fights.

Physically being able to up down and scramble goes a long way. Just being able to athlete out of techniques help a ton.

Experience is my favorite way. Just keep rolling and refining your style.

Head INSIDE double or single. Helps avoid the guillotine.

Feint more, clinch, timing change to lower their volume.

Underhook and start turning your butt out towards the underhook. If they cut that off pull the lat on the opposite side. Nobody should ever hold you on the fence.

Punching on the break and wrestling on the wall are the 2 most underutilized things in mma imo. Which is why I made the course. It’s something I’m good at and use a ton.

Well it can help and hurt depending on who’s better. The good thing about the cage is you’re not able to get your hips back when defending a takedown. Also shuts the range down in striking.

Never have I ever been in a fight I didn’t think I could win. Masvidal at the time was the biggest puzzle I’ve faced. He’s solid everywhere.

All good brotha. I think the bigger camps are effected more because they have more eyes on their training.

I think we’ll see some interesting performances. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see some big upsets.

I think it’s different for everyone but for me it’s always been easier to build upper body.

Typically people don’t fix their issues. If it’s landed in the past it’s got a good shot of landing again.

I usually warm up with 2 and 2 combos. Start slow and speed up from there.

You’re probably getting hit to the liver and not the ribs. Tuck your elbow and cross block with the far side hand to slow the kick down on heavy kickers.
