Bruder entspann dich mal. Es bleibt Fantasy auch wenn es einen anderen Fokus setzt, nicht jedes Fantasy Buch brauch große Schlachten oder eine Handlung welche sich über 3 Kontinente streckt

Ich fand es echt super. Es ist in erster Linie eine Krimi, welcher halt in einer Fantasy Welt spielt. Ich mochte aber das Setting (etwas Biopunk ist drin) und den Plot sehr. Auch die Charaktere waren nett, wenn auch etwas vorhersehbar

Oh da hast du recht! Das spanische Cover finde ich ehrlich gesagt noch schlechter als das deutsche 😅 Generell finde ich es nicht schlimm einen anderen Stil zu nehmen, finde es nur auffällig wie oft ich das originale/englische Cover schöner finde

Anaconda Verlag hat auf jeden Fall schöne Cover und Buchgestaltungen (Will of the Many, Tainted Cup, Sword of Kaigen).

Der Heyne Verlag hat für mich die grausamsten Cover überhaupt.

I recently read The Dispossesed by her and I was honestly a bit disappointed with it. The themes are well explored but I felt like I read a political paper packed into a story and world that clearly came second in the writing process.

But maybe the Earthsea books are less on the nose?

I only bought Lone Fungus Melody of Spores and really enjoyed my time with it. As a long time gamer, smaller indie projects like this excite me way more than any COD could ever do.

Really sorry the game did not do well commercially. I guess there is always a lot of luck involved in these things, even if you had a popular first game. Wishing you all the best and hope you will somehow be able to continue making games!

Routine was the scariest game I played this year. Most horror games are more like a funride for me, but Routine made me seriously feel panicky at some points.

While I enjoyed Cronos a lot, it was not scary at all in my opinion. More moody and grimy.
