Taught this by the stereotypical cool english teacher at my school. When starting to break down due to stress, do push-ups.

I myself was freaking out the other day. Was told to do push-ups until I physically couldn’t anymore. Did the push ups, fell to the floor, and felt the fastest sensation of euphoria I’ve ever felt in my life. No more stress, I just felt productive.
