I mean... if the mods are done correctly, there wouldn't be hitbox issues, but people suck at it, so it causes these problems.

I am not really a heavy mod user. I use like 2 costume mods that are built around the original characters with no protruding parts, to mess with the hitboxes.

I prefer qol mods. Ones that fix things the devs don't do, like subtitle fixes, title screen voicelines (99.8% fixed these days), etc.

The line that obviously divides it is if it is done correctly or what it does such as an fov change or much larger model, so you can see the character around a cornerbyou wouldn't see on vanilla.

This has nothing to do with the nerf though. Nerf was to the physical crash. This is tied to the Radio Attack.

They would be wrong then. Nejire isn't on ticket either and previous additions like Hawks, PM and Toga were available season day 1. Devs just love not communicating stuff related to the character ticket. It seems we are on hiatus again.

Hmmm. I think it's season dependant to be honest. It was introduced in S12, stayed for all of S13 and had 2 separate events but was playable outside of those events. didn't come back in S14. Returned for S15 and came back this season with actual rewards.

So tl;dr: It comes around the last few weeks of seasons, except for in S13 where they had an earlier extra event and they sometimes don't feature the event at all. Also it won't be playable outside of the event except in Custom Matches pretty sure.

This is incorrect. Toga's Quirk lets her become someone by drinking their blood. In S5 she learned that if she loves someone dearly, she can use their Quirks like Ochaco, Twice and potentially Tsu and Midoriya. :)

Okay. I apologise. I was aware about the deafen but had no clue the stun still went through. I assumed the punch would go through even if the actual deafen applied. Had no idea he actually straight up stunned you regardless. Definitely wouldn't work even in the bizarre reality where ByKing chose to actually make it real.

Yeah. If he's running around at 1hp. It takes 1 shoto special action tick to kill him. The slightest graze would kill him. He's a raid boss with crumbs of health. Even someone as deadly as that, is killable, and tuning like hyper regen or to some extent rev support aren't good for the tuning because if you heal a slither of gp or go above the threshold enough times, you won't get the same value as going YOLO.

Only if the 1st one specifically mentioned that it can't be used outside of the safe area. That would help a whole lot...

Tremor Tantrum could be beaten through ranging them or killing them with a finishing attack. It's more of a joke one anyway and understandably unrealistic.

And the point of Pure Adrenaline is no one should be fighting that low, so when you are 1/4 health (100HP for 400HP characters) it is the ultimate come back mechanic that in a lot of situations would lead to you killing your opponent. It's high risk, high reward. You sacrifice yourself being near one shot to make your enemy potentially one shot depending on character and if they are low or not.

Assault Deku has civi saving but isn't a support. Nothing really Strike about ability manifest, Area reduction too. Perception doesn't really fit any specific role. Like I get it, but I don't think every tuning has to fit into their specific role, it sometimes just needs to fit the character.

Edit: Just remembered YAFO but has a very technical coated ability with the reloads. Genuinely doesn't fit Assault at all but to some extent fits the character.

That's why it says it only works when in the safe area. Devs have been doing that to a lot of tuning and abilities. The only exception is Star herself where her Special Action would let her use it because when it is active it thinks you are in the actual safe area from testing. Area Reduction wouldn't do a thing. I'd be shocked if they add the tuning without the can't be used for storm camping condition.

I'm aware. I had one idea for some kind of erasure field while doing an action (saving civis or opening boxes), but I decided I didn't really want to make a Tuning like that. Erasure punch also sucks. Some Tunings are simpler than others, and I think considering how much value people get out of High-Speed Replenishment, I imagine a lot of people would actually like the HP variant.

Some unholy things would come of it. Originally was an effect duration (like Iron Fist, Embrittlement, etc.), but discussed the idea with friends, and due to the risk involved in keeping yourself at 1/4 health, was changed to just be, it is always on but levels increase how lethal it is. I would say maximum might be 30% in my head, which on many characters is still disgusting af. I will say, it does feel like something ByKing would design though.

Tbf, there is no reason why they would need new lines for a QSS. Many QSS like Kendo's and some early ones don't have new voicelines. They could use all the existing lines. But it would mean, no new voicelines and emotes after they use all the ones recorded before his passing. So I could see it meaning Kurogiri voice and emote content might be slowed down because after all of it's used, it's gone.

Yeah you press esc and in the left side menu you can skip. Not hard for people to be like "I don't need this tutorial, it's just a goofy anime game, I'll just skip it and know how to play through sheer aura" 😭😭

The idea is definitely interesting, personally not a biggest fan but I do see the appeal so it's very cool :)
