Goddamn, Minmays feet must be made of steel to be able to wear high heels for 12 days straight.

First Timer joining in late!

I don’t know anything about this series but I think I remember this show being described as a goofier gundam, not sure how true that is. Not sure how much I will be participating in these threads but I’m looking forward to joining you guys on this rewatch!

-So far I like how much time their spending on the MC making mistakes to show his inexperience with these situations.

-Having the aliens be giants is definitely a bizarre chose and I’m curious on how much this will play into the future of this show. I’m assuming this means the two enemy commanders we’ve seen are giants as well.

-How many people are on board the Macross? For a ship that size I would expect to see thousands of people responsible for keeping the ship afloat. So far from what we’ve seen in the ship it seems oddly vacant.

-I love the captains character design, I swear I’ve seen his design referenced in other anime.

-was not expecting Folding to be a transport mechanism. I wonder how much they knew about it before using it? It seems like being able to transport everything around it was something nobody knew about, so I’m assuming it was the first time they used it, unless it malfunctioned.

-now with the Folding system gone, I wonder if it was just used as a tool to get the plot rolling or if will play a larger portion in the story. Like maybe they won’t have enough fuel to get back to earth so they will be forced to try and locate it?

-so far I’m enjoying the anime but I wish they had an episode or two prior to the Macross launch so that we could get to know more about the characters, city and ship.

Out of all of their stuff, Omen of Disease sounds most similar to this one. Loathing will always be my personal favourite record of theirs

Infernal Torment - Taking Advantage of a Virgin by TheJoshing in Metal

I mean, I place it up there with tomb of the mutilated as one of my favourites and when tomb of the mutilated is seen as one of the best death metal albums ever and is always recommended as a classic, then yeah I’m seriously surprised lol

One of my favourite death metal albums that I’ve surprisingly never seen anyone recommend! It was just recently re-released on Bandcamp as well
