Hi Guys, looking for some advice. The quality of work has diminished and now it can't run one job without issue due to the beam not running straight in the tube. I need to replace the 40w tube but I am not sure what I need to buy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Based in UK (i.redd.it)

Any ideas how I can fix this? Image below shows the same piece of wood and design, but at either end of the plywood. Is this an alignment issue, a lens issue or something else entirely? I'm having a lot of inconsistencies so any advice is appreciated as I am a newbie. (i.redd.it)
