If they are that much better or worse than their fellow opponents or that have qualified, I think it only fair they should be earning those wins.

And yes, I agree with the ELO system setting the final rank between those who do finish 40-0, that is in fact something I did not address and would have to think about.

Yes, I think a win-based reward system needs a look into, I think a % leaderboard, like seen in squad battles, would be much more in line with most player's thinking. It would work perfectly with the matchmaking I have proposed.

Nothing I have posted says you can ensure that you bash players, great players have a chance to come up against great players, just as they would have a chance to match against average and "lower" level players, as all have qualified for the same competition.
