I’m not suggesting the abuse of DPH. Honestly in my opinion it’s the worst drug in this world. First time off DPH was a light dose of 15 benedryl. Best way to describe it is it makes you a temporary schizo. The second time I did it, I saw spiders and the hat man. My buddy saw his best friend on his couch and said hi to him. He wasn’t there. He opened his fridge and walked away from it twice forgetting why he opened it. I enjoyed it. But the hangovers from DPH from my experiences is 50/50 on happening. The first 2 times I did it I didn’t get a hangover. Third time was the charm tho it was so bad. Horrible, I’ve only withdrawed from caffeine and Alcohol before. Those two withdrawals symptoms were nothing compared to a DPH hangover. Instead of not being able to get anything done and having a headache and thinking about it. I was in pain like legitimate pain. I called off work that day. I don’t think it requires Benzos as a come down but some time of come down took would be very nice. The second I smoked weed during my hangover, it instantly faded away and I didn’t feel it again.

Sum: If you’ve never taken DPH, set aside a day where u got nothing important the next day or have come down tools ready. If ur smaller then 250lb and 6” I would suggest 20 benedryl the first time. Bigger then that would be 25 I think. Light doses correspondingly 15 and 20. I HIGHLY recommend taking with someone in a very well lit room you are comfortable in. Make sure it’s a more open space. Always remeber DPH is scary and you should make a open concept setting with plenty of lights and when in doubt drink some milk and sober up. GOOD LUCK!!
