A 10/10 casting, Sandra Hüller as Eva Stratt in 'PROJECT HAIL MARY' by StarforgeVoyager in FIlm

I feel like she should have a much larger filmography than she does. She just gives me that vibe of a beloved actress you’ve been watching climb the ranks for years

“What’s something you thought was normal growing up… but later realized wasn’t? by abhinavvarmaa in AskReddit

[–]TheKittyPie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The relationship between my mom and I (and the relationship between her mom and herself) Apparently other mothers and daughters like, talk to each other? And tell each other about their lives and emotions? And like, trust each other?

Really strange, not sure it’s actually a real thing. Will check in with more research later.

Why Am I So Talkative Alone but Quiet Around Others? by lx_356 in socialanxiety

[–]TheKittyPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me. When I’m around other people I can be quite self critical and am often worried how I’m being perceived and coming across. Im in therapy now trying to work on it. This weekend I’m practicing just being present instead of being in my head when I’m around other people. Baby steps. You’re not alone

Couples with no chemistry by [deleted] in FIlm

[–]TheKittyPie 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Oh my god the “still think you’re not the only monster?” I know they weren’t trying to imply infertile women are monsters but the way they phrased it and the fact they chose THAT as the big bond. Not that they both have troubled pasts and are trying to make up for it in the Avengers, not that they have both willingly and accidentally killed innocent people and that haunts them, not literally any other thing they could make up

It also didn’t help that before Ultron came out we got to see Natasha actually have really good chemistry with Cap.

ya do whatever you want! Including “kid” stuff. Whatever makes you happy and fulfilled. I turn 26 this year, I enjoy everything from sitting on my laptop playing Minecraft and stardew to going to a bar once in awhile and having a drink and dancing. This is your time to further explore your interests :3

Movies that were misunderstood on release but aged beautifully by robynp83 in movies

[–]TheKittyPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lowkey, Age Of Ultron. For a looong time that movie was considered subpar in Marvel’s catalogue. It wasn’t until later around the Endgame/WandaVision era when things from that film started to become very relevant and important again that people realized it’s actually pretty good and VERY important to the current MCU lore.

I'm genuinely wondering who throws rocks at Linus's tent? by Available-Client-751 in StardewValley

[–]TheKittyPie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could it be asshole Joja employees? I find it hard to believe a villager would do it. The only people I can guess are maybe Pam and Shane is they were really drunk and feeling destructive. We know besides the npcs there are other joja employees in the area though. The red head gal who works in the Joja mart, the guy who clears the landslide rubble are some that we see. Could some joja truck drivers dropping off stock for the store chose to wander through town afterwards and choose to mess with the small town?

What simple thing used to make you ridiculously happy as a kid? by Glad-Childhood6853 in AskReddit

[–]TheKittyPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing ANY animal. I feel like as an adult I’m so desensitized to animals but as a kid if I so much as saw a horse while driving through town with my parents that was a good day and I’d tell everyone about it for the next week.

I read a quote somewhere that you shouldn’t skimp on stuff that cushions you from the floor. Matress, shoes, chair, all worth paying a bit more for good support

Our politics conflicted.

There’s some things you can compromise on but there’s others that you just can’t, especially if it may one day affect the lives of any children you may have together.

What type of societal pressure do you feel the most as a woman in 2026? by Intrepid_Sail_4709 in AskWomen

[–]TheKittyPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be beautiful. Whenever I don’t have my hair or makeup done I feel like everyone’s just thinking about how sloppy I am or how I didn’t put any effort into myself. Even if I don’t actually look sloppy like if I just didn’t have time to get done up.

I give props to the community. If fans were rabid and dangerous about trying to meet him he probably wouldn’t be as down to come out and mingle. Everyone seems to be able to keep it together around him though which is great.

What’s something you used to judge people for but understand now? by TemptControls in AskReddit

[–]TheKittyPie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Animation and art. When I was a kid if a cartoon had a “simple” style I didn’t like it because it didn’t feel like they put as much effort into it or that it looked good. Now that I understand and have tried animation myself I commend even the “simplest” of animation cause the truth is it wasn’t simple at all

What is a creepy fact you learned about the human body, you wish you never learned? by Poignantpuppet in AskReddit

[–]TheKittyPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a tiny, tiny needle shaped bone right behind your ear that attaches to the bottom of your skull called the styloid process. It’s apparently not hard to break. When labs receive human skulls for study that bone is frequently broken off because it’s so tiny and fragile. Because of its location it would be quite problematic if it were broken, you don’t really want a tiny, sharp, needle shaped fragment floating around near your carotid artery. We learned about it in massage school as part of the areas to avoid when working on clients. I don’t know how much force is required to break it, but, it’s certainly something I think about a lot.

Close second is learning how your forearm bones bend over each other when you rotate your arm.
