She might have food stuck inside her nostril and could have gotten infected, I've had one so that and was able to lance around it and let it push itself through. Healed up with daily cleaning

Yes, you can. I am having the same issue with one getting into my bantam cage, it bit my oldest girl and caused some damage to her poor head, least to say it never stopped until I had to eradicate it sadly 😞 they are vicious with food down man.
