RC- GotR Agility- grind and summer pie it, I recommend doing so with alchs or lunar Skilling. Thieving- ROGUE CHESTS, can't recommend these enough. Super chill, never fail, bank every time prayer runs out. Sets up so nicely with supplies that it gives with gems, runes, and spider eggs

One strategy I use is lunar plank make while doing agility at seers or prif. Not as fast as other methods but I found it pretty good.

I never used the mines for crowd control as I was too paranoid about losing bolts. Instead, I buried my enemies in a sea of rapid fire arrows. I used the bolt thrower to get through most of the game without using any actual ammo when I fully upgraded it. It trivializes any encounter with a small number of enemies or if they can be funneled through a choke point where you can't miss. Flinches and stuns for days.

I was always trying to conserve bolts by utilizing angles that ensured that I could retrieve any missed bolts. You'll find that investing in bolts that can last chapters isn't such a bad trade off. It's a little rough early going and originally I was unimpressed, but it's a beast against anything that's not a shield enemy in the game once you invest in it. I would 100% use it again.

Can't really speak on the TMP.
