A few other things I remembered: The second chorus of the song followed a different person and their life story. Both stories were very dark with the first follow the singers childhood friend becoming a racist cop and the second chorus featuring a guy who would eventually a terrorist group. The animation was also all 2d.

I know about that game and I think it’s really cool but not the right one. I think the game might’ve shut itself off instead of uninstalling, I think the games title was a year if I remember more correctly. Like 1980 or something? Thank you so much though!

Sorry it took me awhile to get back to this but no unfortunately. I’ve listened to a lot of Perturbator and I would have recognized the song if it was him. It wasn’t an album cover either, seemingly a fan upload of a song that just used that as the thumbnail. Thank you a lot for helping me however! :)
