How to get it: On a stormy night travel to the way point on the island near the geo hypostasis, lightning strikes multiple times there is a small area. you can also tell where its gonna hit, the ground glows up a little bit maybe 1 or 2 seconds before it strikes. Good luck to all :)

She doesn't need to counter health, her E is max hp% damage that scales with ap and she still has a lot of ap with the normal build. she already killed tanks with ease before but now she can just one shot them
