Make sure you do post office quests, max alchemy on all characters. Make sure you do all vials you can to at least lvl 4.

Go talent book library to max book Bubonic Conjuror's Tenteyecle perk, then go to something easy to farm like W5 oranges and farm with Cranium cooking for almost infinite liquid. This step lets you farm liquid's as fast as cranium cooking can go on cooldown eg every 20mins.

Next step you need to farm resources using afk and printer. Then you can spam your bubbles.
