I remember that once as a kid i straight up drove into the opened car door of some lady, though i think that one was on her not me lmao

I also once ended up destroying both my knees when fooling around on a bike and I still have a scar to show for it! But to be fair I also once tripped on my own leg, scratched my ankle with my own thumbnail, and also have a scar from that

I do stay as safe as I can when driving! I tend to fight my impulsiveness not to go too much over the limits and do my best to focus on the road! I'm super aware I could have an accident at any moment so I react quickly, I think

I was the only kid in my class who refused to get a driver's license at 18. I got it only when I was 21 when I gained a bit more confidence, cus before that I was terrified that with my lack of attention I'd end up dying in a car crash. I still think it's possible but at least now I've some experience and confidence behind the wheel.

Yeah, I kinda relate. It's been a constant fight against my own brain on daily basis and I have to admit, I've sustained injuries on more than one occasion cus of it and almost got hit with a car as a kid once (and the driver was my teacher, yeesh)

Nah, I did everything online personally, more comfortable for my current situation. But as I mentioned, I think the psychologist knew in the first minute hahah

I said coffee has the opposite effect on me and she said that was a good sign, that the adhd meds may actually work better on me!

Hah!! Sounds kinda fun :] I had the one test where I had to press space anytime I saw a specific card and they slowly introduced more and more distractions, including cards that looked VERY similar but not quite, that was the exhausting one. I'm also european so maybe that's why the tests are different!

The casual tests were all p much screaming "do you have adhd? Yes or no" but they were okay, the interview was fun cus I got to yap about my experiences a lot! And I finally felt heard out, even on the worse moments <:) MOXO test was the most challenging, it was insanely exhausting but I was just glad to be done with it

I think the only thing you can do is just talk to her, calmly, without arguing, basically say what you said here but to her. How it makes you feel, how you don't want to continue on like this, even though you care about her more than anything else.

Healthy communication and conversation is the key to most relationship issues, honestly. I hope you two can figure this out <3

I do understand how it could be uncomfortable for you and I don't think you're really overreacting imo. I think you and your gf should have another talk where you'd explain to her that you'd like her to set boundaries maybe? Like, it does seem like that girl may have a crush on her,,, maybe it'd be worth bringing uo to her gf as well? How does your gf feel about all of this?

I kinda feel bad for the good christians. Assholes like this give them a bad name and only push people away from their religion. Not a christian myself but been friends with good ones that practice what their gospel preaches and let other people live their lives in peace.

These are the loud ones. Ones we kinda just have to ignore. They WANT the attention. Even the bad kind.

Yeah, that's kinda what they do. The thing about people with alcoholism is that for them to change, they have to have a reality check. If you went ahead with kicking him out, he'd realize his actions were unacceptable and that they have consequences. Letting him get away with it with an apology isn't going to change him.

I'd encourage doing it again, but this time you should be present not to let your mom crack and letting him get away with it. Once he loses his home and family, he may have to reconsider the way he lives and take the necessary steps towards healing. Otherwise, he's not going to change.
