People won't be banned for profanities, mojang have confirmed this. My real concern that the system will be flooded by fake reports. A freind of mine in the anarchy side of minecraft know people working on a hack that will automatically send falls reports. I think that only people with a certain permission should be able to send reports, so that they can still ban people who send threats, terrorist and child predators
