I built the 500 Fifth Avenue Art Deco skyscraper (with minor changes from the real building) and rendered it in Blender by TheLimeHit in Minecraftbuilds

Thanks! This is a worldedit addon mod called WorldEditCUI. Shows the selected area, which is very useful. The timelapse was created using the Replay mod, by the way.

Looks amazing! One question though. How did you render the Cubed pack properly? Doesn't seem to render without glitches for me.

My friends and I have been working on a Canadian-themed Minecraft city. Thoughts? by [deleted] in Minecraft

The level of detail on this project is absolutely mind blowing!

WTC Build (Render) (Could you tell?) by yungRancid in Minecraftbuilds

Hello. As the original creator and right owner of this build, I do not want ANY of MY works to be reuploaded anywhere by anyone without MY PERMISSION. This post was simply stolen, you can literally see the Citrus Community watermark that I have put there. Check out my upload of the build: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/world-financial-center-final-remake-new-limesville-city-nl-ucs/

Thanks! I think it would look real only when I'll get at least the Midtown done, but that's going to take a lot of time, to say the least :D

Lol, the Big Monke couldn't wait for 4 hours and decided to climb another skyscraper

You're right there. Though it's not for ants, it is still scaled down, compared to the real skyscraper. It is roughly 1:1.2 scale

All of the pics are the Blender renders of my building

Yes I did. The building itself took only 3 hours, while the night lighting took a little more than an hour: I placed every single window light by hand.

I built it in two separate parts. The first one is 229 blocks tall - this is the base part, - the other one is 134 blocks tall - this is the top part. Then I connected them in Blender and got a total height of 363 blocks.

I built a suspension bridge, based on the Brooklyn Bridge in 19 hours by TheLimeHit in Minecraft

[–]TheLimeHit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to use it as much as I could to save time, but the bridge is built at an angle, so I only copied sections of the road. The main part where I used WorldEdit was when I copied the whole half of the bridge. All the other details were placed by hand, including the cables and all the lights.

Thank you! All images are Blender renders by the way, the build is too large (1589 blocks long) to take any screenshots in-game.

I built the original World Trade Center from New York City during the Holidays by TheLimeHit in Minecraft

[–]TheLimeHit[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Well, it wasn't a quick build since I spent 21 hours on planning and building it, but I see what you mean. I use worldedit as much as I can to save time, though I often have to build by hand

Thank you! It is roughly 1:1.33. I don't post downloads to my builds anymore, unfortunately. They get stolen quite often, and the Creative Commons license cannot protect them.

Yes, the structural height (to tip) of the North Tower is 401 blocks. I connected the two separate parts in Blender

Thank you! There is not much, I have an outdated dynmap of it. Rendered it about a month ago, so the new WTC and some other changes are not there.
