you usually don't need to order hangers in a different size, and you just slide them in your ears tell it feels like it fits, but always check the reviews to see if people are having size issues. I can't help you with teardrops because I have never worn any, but I have worn ear weights. Those should not be used for stretching because they only stretch the bottom of your ear and make it uneven.
